Ashley has dedicated over 15 years supporting children’s growth and development, with a special focus on meeting the needs of diverse learners. Now in her second year at Rising Sun Montessori School, she serves as a Specialized Academic Instructional Assistant, where she is passionate about building meaningful connections with each child and tailoring supports that foster confidence, independence, and helping them thrive. Ashley is a friendly and dependable member of the RSMS team that demonstrates a genuine commitment to student’s individualized progress and overall success.

Outside of school, Ashley enjoys nurturing her plants, diving into DIY home projects, and—most of all—cherishing quality time with her children and family.
